Anyone deal with James B Nutter company? I am interested in them because they claim to not charge any "junk fees"
Hi kawaski!
Welcome to forums!
Frankly speaking, I haven't dealt with this company and thus, won't be able to share a personal experience. However as per their website - "www.jbnutter.com/mortgageInformation.asp", they do not charge junk fees. If you are planning to get a mortgage from this company, I would suggest you to have a word with their earlier customers. This will help you know whether or not they really charge the junk fees. Check out if they had charged any hidden fees from the borrowers. Once you speak to their customers and get a first hand knowledge of what they do, then decide whether or not you would take a mortgage from them.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
