Land grant services was a real estate co who were taking grant deed away for people here in san diego..and they lie.. Anyway they put their name on my deed..and all i want is my grant deed put back in my name..they are in jail!! Can i go to the san deigo jail with a notary so they can revese it back?????

How can this company get the deed on their name without your signature. that deed should be invalid. Check it out by an attorney.

Have you signed the grant deed? Unless how can anyone get your property in his name? Have you consulted with any attorney like Johnny said? You should better seek help from an attorney ASAP. And let us know whether you have signed the grant deed or not.

If they forged a deed, the only way you can transfer the property interest back into your name is with a "quiet title" lawsuit. Check with a real estate attorney.
