Does anyone work for a Mortgage Company

Posted on: 09th Sep, 2007 09:18 pm
Is there anyone out here that works for a Mortgage Company or a Broker? Is there any realtors?
I work for a national mortgage brokerage firm---why do you ask?

Hi Liaoyu,

Welcome to the forum.

As far as I know, there are many lenders and mortgage professionals in this community. They often participate in the forum and also help borrowers with required loan.

Hi Liaoyu,

Welcome to our forums.

There are a number of lenders and mortgage professionals associated with our community. They are really helpful as they share their knowldge and wisdom with people in/coming to our community. At the same time, they do help us in providing people with loans if required. Besides lenders, we do have appraisers and professionals in related fields visiting our community. BTW, are you working for a mortgage company or broker? I hope you don't mind if I've asked you. :)

Good luck to you.

There are many bankers and brokers among the other real estate and finance professionals here.

I have also noticed that the advertising is not as bad here as it is on other sites. You get real answers most of the time instead of "I'm not going to give you the answer but if you call me I will" garbage.

You're right Eric. I have hardly noticed people here saying they'll advise only if they are called up.

Yes, indeed, I work for a mortgage company as well. I work for First Horizon Home Loans, a division of First Tennessee Bank N.A. As noted, I am one of those who will be happy to answer questions without your having to call me in the office.

Inasmuch as we are a national company, anything you have a question about is welcome.

I am both a Mortgage Broker and a Realtor in San Jose, CA. Do you have another question?

Hello I'm a Realtor in Dallas, Tx. looking to partner together with a Mortgage Broker/Lender to improve on business by referring potential client to each other. I would refer all potential clients to you in exchange for you referring all potential clients to me. No other strings attached. Strickley a referral arrangement that may help us both reach our goal of achieving success.

I don't know how to change the avitar pic on the side, but I don't want any misunderstanding. I'm a guy not a female.

Welcome allaboutdallas,

The avatar pic on the side is system generated. It keeps on changing with time.

Hi Mr. Dallas Realtor...the way in which you can change the avatar or upload your own picture is to join the community. Do that and you can post any picture you want (within reason).

When you find a partner, work on polishing up your spelling, too. "strickley" isn't quite the spelling of the word "strictly." Please don't take offense - it's just an attempt at being helpful.
