Recieved a form, saying for me to sign and fax back. Well how am I suppose to sign it, if I never did get the loan in my bank. Spoke to Kenneth Shank on Friday 12/26/08 and he said the money was going to be in the bank. Nothing yet.....

I agree with George here. You should contact the payday loan company which has sent you the form. Or you can even call Kenneth shank to get the details if you have his number.
