I'm looking for someone that is on with Maspeth to cobroker some deals. I have some pretty good deals but unfortunately they are not taking anymore brokers. Please email me if you are on with them and are interested in working together. Thanks.
What type of deals are these that you are speaking of? What niche product does this lender offer?
hi
really dont understand you are talking about, would you please explain?

that's painfully obvious from your other 13 posts, johnvalley.
JK - what in the world were you doing at that party????
jyip - i'm not at prospect any longer; in-between now; may land somewhere in the very near future (tomorrow?). i'll still be on hand here.

George,
Still no home? Give me a shout and I may have a place whom would love a new addition of someone like yourself. Multi-state direct lender.

thank you. right now, i have about 5 irons in the proverbial fire. i just left a guy who will take me on when i'm ready, and i have an appointment with another who is of the same mind. also, i'm meeting with someone else who sells securities, etc., to investigate that, and i've got an underwriting job in my sights.
if what i really want to do (underwrite) doesn't work, i may well let you know. right now, it looks like i'll be back on my feet quickly. thanks again.

There are probably some lenders in the world who would cobroker.
It is not legal or authorized by the lender providing the money

co-brokering is an option in a place or three...i've also got another interview of sorts lined up with an in-house lender for one of the realtor groups - a big one. my initial thought is that it could prove to be my best opportunity at the moment. underwriting jobs are few and far between at the moment, it appears.
