Hello there… Hope someone can help me with this. Midland was reporting on m credit report. But I won a court case and the judgment states that I don't owe them any money. Can they still report the account on my credit report?

If the court has given a judgment stating that you don't owe money to them, then they cannot report that account to the credit bureaus. I will suggest you to dispute it with the credit bureaus in order to get it removed from your credit report. You can even attach a copy of the court judgment with the dispute letter that you will be sending to the credit bureaus.

If you won the judgment and are not liable for the payments, then Midland can't report the account to the credit bureaus. If they are doing so, then that will be considered as illegal. You can even take legal actions against Midland.
