Loan modification

Has anybody used Oak Tree Financial for getting a Loan Modification, versus trying on there own?
Hi rankat,

Frankly speaking, I don't have a personal experience working with Oak Tree Financial. However, what I can suggest you is that if you want a loan modification, you should contact your lender and speak to them. You can write a hardship letter to your lender and explain your financial situation to him. The lender would judge your situation and let you know whether or not your loan would be modified.

Take care.
