Hi, Serina
I did a loan with them as well and they were repeatedly withdrawing funds from my account as well. My banking institution notified me of the situation. My account was about 400 dollars in ther rear and they researched and contacted them. They agreed to refund the insufficient funds amount but I closed the account and never heard anything until today thru a collector! but what ever came about with yours?
Sincerely,
angry mother

Hi Melva,
Unless you pay off the payday loan in full, you won't be able to get rid of the debts. The payday loan company will try to take funds from your account or charge off the debt and assign it to a collection agency. That is what they have done in your case. Check out if payday loans are legal in your state, if not, then you won't have to pay off the debt.

Basically you've got to pay off debt. Now, only if payday loans aren't legal in your state, then you don't have to bother.
