Has anyone closed a deal with a lender called Popular Commercial Capital?

Has anyone closed a deal with a lender called Popular Commercial Capital?...I don't want to send my clients non-refundable funds until I know that someone has done a deal or two with this lender. They are located in Salt Lake City, UT.
Hello.

I haven't done any bussiness with this company but haven't find/heard anything against this company.

I have a company considering using them and they have asked for a large up front deposit, but I can't find anything about them.

Hi uhsoh!

I have not personally dealt with the company. But yes, I haven't even heard anything bad about them. Hope they serve you in a best possible way and share with the community the experience you had working with them.

I closed a very difficult apt transaction in TX with Darin....there were lots of legal issues that extended the timeframe but got it done. Very professional group with lots of experience. They know what they are doing which I can't say the same about a bunch of other groups i have spoken with lately.

I too closed a transaction with Darin. Retail cash-out of $2 million, closed in 7 days, 90 day loan at a good rate and fair points for hard money. Good group....

I closed a loan as well, hospitality purchase with a bad credit borrower. 1 year term and reasonable rate for hard money. These guys are straight forward and fair.

I also closed a loan with Popular Commercial Capital, hard money deal on a Hotel.
