I am comparing fees from different lender. Does anyone knows what Prospect Mortgage charges for their underwriting fee, processing, tax service fee and flood cert?

i think you're better off contacting a loan officer directly rather than a customer service outlet. i'm sure you can find a local one rather easily - prospect's a large organization headquartered in california.
