DOES OWNING RENTAL PROPERTY DISQUALIFY YOU FROM NACA ASSISTANCE?
Welcome dunbar,
As far as I know NACA mainly helps people to save their primary residence. Their goal is to keep you in your home at a payment which is affordable for you to pay off. However, there can be some exceptions. If you have a second/rental property and if you can prove that you purchased it for another family member who is paying the loan dues, then you may receive the help from NACA to save your home.
