Has anyone worked with Signal Capital Management LLC, specifically Shane Rodgers, please tell me your experience, thanks.
Hi nick,

I haven't personally worked with them. But are you facing any issues while working with them? If yes, then you can definitely file a complain against them to the FTC. Check out the following link to get the FTC complaint form:

Take Care

Beware of Shane Rodgers. He and his "company" misrepresent themselves as asset mgt people, they are actually trying to be brokers and generally cannot deliver on their promises.

Is this Company legit. Do they have $ to loan. Is Shane Rodgers ok to deal with

I don't think it's a legit company. Moreover, most people out here have given negative opinion about them.

Can someone pls tell me more about this Signal Capital Management LLC. I am planning to approach them for funds or other business transactions but I require more information. Thanks

I don't have a personal experience working with Signal Capital Management, LLC. As far as I know, it is a New York-based asset management and financial services company and manages proprietary hedge funds investing including public debt and equity instruments; real estate; private equity, and quantitative trading strategies.

For anyone interested in working with them, I only have one piece of advice. Run as fast as you can. Shane Rogers is quick to take your money for start up fees, and then won't follow through.

Beware of Shane X.G. Rogers or Shane Rogers. He took a huge upfront fee for a loan that he issued a commitment for and never had the money to loan in the first place. This guy is a slick talker nobody with no money. He will talk people into his scam to pay for his life style in NY. He is extremely hard to get to as well because he has an extremely small office (one room) that is part of a larger korean law firm that must lease to him that is in a very secured building so good luck with his scammer. Ohh and don't believe anything Shane Rogers says about any money or assets he and his "company" control because he doesn't have any business partners and no assets just a one man show to take your money in order to live it up. Beware and run!!

Do not work with Signal Capital!!! They are scammers who do not follow through on their loan commitments, since they acts as brokers rather than direct money lenders. Brokers who are broke! Furthermore, Shane Rodgers is a slick-talking snob, who will be as vague as possible about loan terms. Borrower beware.

I laugh a bit from these posts. Very simply put you could spend a few minutes doing some due dilligence on Signal and its officers and discover that they are very much a real deal. If you've had a bad experience I am sorry but there are many reasons why that could be. My suggestion for anyone is this. Know your deal...make sure it is complete. This is not an organization to send slop to. If you are not used to the commercial market and its complexities then this is not where you want to start your learning curve. That being said, rather than being the typical mtg broker that throws a lender under the bus as soon as things go south, take the time and look these guys up. If you rely on the negative threads you really are missing out on a very good source.

KN must be the guy himself posting self serving message. I had a very bad experience with him where he took the initial deposit and never delivered. And if do your your due diligence and search, you will come up with nothing (other than his website), as he is a one man deal with no real business. See if you can find one admin or another employee at his multi-million $ company!!! There are none.

Well... it's difficult to say whether KN is posting self serving messages... but then thank you for sharing your experience with them in the forums!
