MY QUESTION IS IF I PUT A STOP PYMENT ON THESE COMPANIES BIG,GFSAND GENEVA ROTH COMP,CAN I BE ARRESTED? THEY ARE ALL PAYDAY LOAN COMPANIES AND ARE UNWILLING TO HELP ME GET THIS RESOLVED. PLEASE HELP ME.

Probably not but I am not an expert with these online companies. How much are the amounts owed? That is what makes something criminal in most states. You do have the right of a day in court however no matter what state you live in. So contact an attorney and find out if you can stop payment. I would think if you could then they would just get a judgement against you. Which still couldn't get you put in jail. I'm not an attorney though and I don't here many good things about these companies so the best advice is talk to an attorney and be vary careful.
You can only get arrested for money you owe to the government such as tickets. You will not get arrested and they cant do anything to you exept threaten you and call you.
