Hello,
I have borrowed $600 from this company and the lady that I spoke that processed the loan told me that the pay off would be a total of $780. I receieve the money and immediately after that they start taking out $180 of my checking account. Thereafter they have been taken twice a month the same amount in my checking account. So now, they have taken deduction off my acct. for the 7th time which total to $1260...way pass the pay off amount fo $780. I have called them many time and leave a message because all I get is an answering machine. So that's a total of $480 that should be refunded back to me. I want to file a complain. Please help!

Hi Melanie,
You should contact an attorney and take legal actions against the concerned company. You can even file a complaint with the BBB as well as the State Attorney General about that company.
