I heard and read about NACA and what they can do to help people's mortgage. How trustworthy are they and is this for real?...there is another "save the Dream Tour" of NACA coming up this May13-17 in MCcormick Place in Chicago. Is it worth going to find out if they can really help us with mortgage problems. I need to modify my mortgage either by lowering my interest rate or reducing my principal to an affordable amount. I believe this is what "NACA" can do . If anybody has already experienced this event with NACA ...pls. give us some advises...Thanks!
They are real- but there are some limitations -- if your lender has a relationship with them, they can coordinate a real workout. Also you can only deal with them on your owner occupied prop..... But they have provided great results, the live events take many hours..... best of luck
Hello Liliab,You will need to find out if your bank will be at the event. You should also register online and have all of your documents available if you decide to attend the event. If the lender is not at the event and they do not choose to work with NACA ,Naca will be able to provide you with information on how you can advocate for yourself with your lender. The process can also done over the phone.
