Payday loans

Hi,

United Cash loans is trying to sue me for almost double what I borrowed. Granted I did default on my loan, but can they do that.
do you have your paperwork, adrianne? i hope you do; it'll show you what they have rights to do. in all likelihood, at least based on information i've read, they have every right to sue for "almost double." when you get to court (yes, you should go), explain your position and perhaps the judgment entered will be reasonable and affordable. as long as you then pay based on the judgment, there'll be no more reason for them to bother you.

Payday loans are notoriously high in interest and charges. It's not surprising that the amount they are coming after you for is much greater than what you borrowed. sadly this is how they often make their money.

one word needs to be changed, riseabove, and that word is "often." it can be eliminated completely and that works, or it could be replaced by "always" and that works also.
