I like how they show their loan officers, brokers, processors, etc. On page 2 there is "Billy" and his title is "Jeung." Now, I have never heard of such a position within a mortgage lending office, but I'm sure he does what he does oh so well.
Methinks there's too much trust placed in those who have slick-looking websites. Often, what is seen is sheer gloss and behind the scenes might not look so cute.
