I just recvd a collection call from US Fast Cash looking for a co worker. The Rep left a # with me for my coworker to call them back. The number is

as we can all tell from that last post, this company is not working within the law. Pretigirl, they had no business in contacting you unless you are a party to the debt that they are calling about. it is a breach of the law for them to discuss anyone's particular situation with a third party. if they stated that they're a collection agency (and it sure looks like they did), then your coworker should go to the FTC website and register a complaint. that site is www.ftc.gov.

In order to pay ur loan off.u have to contact them three days prior to ur due date.if not u will only pay the interest. Payment.not good u will. I have posted the number it is correct .web sight us fast cash.com.u should have a user name and pin number.u can check ur loan status on line.u have to call to set it to pay off the loan.if u do this u wont spend a lot in fees.

Perry, being approved for a payday loan isn't something to celebrate. You're probably one of a lucky few who didn't get the loan and therefore you won't have to deal with the foolishness these companies perpetrate.

I can't believe how many people say that "they have been had" by USFastCash! Yes, their fees are outright predatory; and, yes, it's not so easy to pay off the principal + all those additional fees, but YOU WERE INFORMED IN ADVANCE! Why did you sign up for that kind of a loan deal? 90 dollars each month just for the "service charge"???
And now you guys are crying "Uncle"!
For Pete's sake, there was NO FRAUD here! None at all! You were given all the details upfront and YOU SIGNED OFF on the contract.
And now you find it "unfair", "usurious", even "criminal"???

Such subtlety in your post, "#2." Yes, indeed, I'd say that "usurious" is a reasonable description of what's taking place. They may not be breaking laws, per se, but let's get down to what's really taking place. Those who need payday loans are often (probably usually) those who can least afford to take high-rate, aggressively collected, loans. Many have no real concept of borrowing, but see these as a quick way to obtain some needed cash. Lacking the understanding of the contract, they then find themselves in a bind that seems like it'll never end.

Have a little compassion for your fellow travelers. But for an understanding, any of us could have gone down that particular road.
