I just checked myself and they do have a "F" rating with the BBB. I would stay very clear from these guys.
If it's a loan modification you are seeking the first thing you need to do is contact your current lender. If it has to do with credit repair than just do a little research and take care of it yourself. Trust me there is nothing they can do for your credit that you can't do yourself.
