Just got a letter in the mail saying they can lock my rate 4% to 4.25% on a 30yr fixed term if i call the number.
I don't have a personal experience working with Voyage Financial Group (Voyage Home Loans). However, they have a A- rating with BBB and they are also accredited by BBB. You can check out more information regarding them from the given page:

Voyage is a scam! Broker Michael Smith and owner Josh Hartmatz are frauds. Stay away.

Thank you Homer J for letting me know. Even with the BBB rating, they looked legit but I was still leary of them. My son pointed me in this direction and thankfully he did. Whew! I was almost suckered in.
They are a complete fraud. I would never reccomend anyone to do business with them ever. Not only do they lie to their customers, they have limited knowledge of the industry as a whole, and they treat their employees poorly.
