 Has anyone out there ever successfully completed and received a final completion of a Wells Fargo HAMP modification program or for that matter any of Wells Fargo modification programs? Our request to WF was due to income reduction and long-term illness. We thought it was going OK after making our final 3 mos. reduced payment; however, I called after 3rd payment and was told we were denied. They did not send letter to us and said they were unable to tell us why. Cannot get anyone to tell us why at WF. We were told we were still in review, and that was supposed to make me happy, but our payments due are no longer reduced like in the 90 days trial period. Big business, big government or big banks cannot handle federal progams and I doubt my case will have a successful outcome. ANY HOPE out there?
harris, why did you begin a new thread? i've answered your query on the old thread..i suppose you're figuring that you might actually get the answers you're seeking if you start fresh.

gmakerley, sorry I am not as professional or experienced in forums. Didn't mean to cause a negative process. I won't work on this forum or any others until I understand the lingo. However; like most consultants, double talk is all that comes out! Sorry!
not sure i understand the last sentence, but i may not want to.
i went through it.
and was not approved.
took me 6 months, only to tell me i was denied.

Hi Guest,
I would suggest you to speak to your lender and apply for modification once again. You can even request them to explain as to why your permanent loan modification is not being accepted by them. If you are able to convince your lender about your hardship, there are chances that your request would get accepted.
