I currently own a home in Orlando Florida which is an investment property. I have a mortgage of approximately 185k and the home is worth approximately 100k.
I saw a website "http://wilshireholding.com/". I spoke to a person (Stuart Vener) there that said that for 1% of my loan they would take over my mortgage by me assigning the deed of my home and mortgage to them.
Has anyone heard of Wilshire Holdings or has anyone done something similar?
They also said that this would not affect my credit in any way.
Please let me know and thank you for your help.

I would really cautious with such companies
Probably you need a attorney before talkign to such companies
Just take extra caution

If you have any trustworthy person working in such company then only do any transaction with them.
what in the world does that mean catharin9?
be very wary - forget caution - just plain back away and never call those people again.

That would be the most inteligent approach.
