Can credit cards company put a lien on the property if only one spouse credit bad and the property under both
Hi Dany!
Welcome to forums!
If the credit card company is able to get a judgment against you from the law court, then the creditor will be able to place a lien on the property.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
