I am resident of California. My investment property was in Arizona which is forclosed. First and 2nd mortgage both are CHARGED-OFF with Derogatory Occurred on my Credit Report.
Please can you tell how can I remove this charged-off from my credit.
I am not in a position to pay the both creditor (Lenders)Is there any way I can remove from my credit report?
Thanks...

Hi mantri!
Welcome to forums!
Any negative item will remain in your credit report for 7 years. If you pay off the charged off debts, then you may have gone for the option of pay for delete. However, if you don't pay the debts, then there is no way to remove them from your credit report.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

Unless and until you pay off the debts, you cant remove them from your credit report.
I agree with the what rithik and smith had told. Please pay off your debts and remove all negative items from your credit report.
