Hi there… I want your opinion in this case. Do I mail the CRA first or the CA? I read in another thread that you should mail the CRA's first. Can somebody please sort this out for me?

As far as I know, you should dispute the negative items with the CRAs. If the CRA doesn't get verification of the account from the concerned creditor within 30 days, the CRA will delete the item. If the creditor verifies the items to the CRA, then you should send a DV letter to the CA/JDB.

Sara is correct in saying so. You should contact the CRA first and check out the result of that. Then you can contact the CA and send them a debt validation (DV letter) in regards to your account.
