my score is poor and is below 600. Can I get a loan with 100% financing as I don't have sufficient money for down payment currently?
Hello,
Any judgment has to be cleared off from your credit in order to get a mortgage approval. Lenders will want you to pay that off as early as possible to get the approval.

correction it is possible if the lender allows it. Sometimes if the judgement is not big or old lenders will allow you to get a mortgage anyway but that means the rest of the file needs to be that much stronger.
It is better to pay it off if you have a chance as yo will have more and better options available to you on the house.

You probably will have a hard time getting financedif your score is below 600. It will be with a sub-prime lender at a high intrest rate. There are things you can do to increase your credit score in a fairly quick and inexpensive way. This will save you thousands on a mortgage and get you a better rate. There are a lot of companies that claim they can repair your credit and charge a monthly fee. These companies challenge items on your bureau 1 item at a time and usually drag it out over several years. Yes there are a lot of scams out there also so you need to be careful of who you use.
