if I dispute any account with credit bureau and it gets removed, is it possible that it is again put back by some other ca?
Hi Barry,
Welcome to Mortgagefit forum.
It can be re-added to your CR but in that case the bureau has to provide you notice of re-insertion within five business days.
If you do not get any notification then send a letter to credit bureau stating that you were not informed about the re-insertion and the item should be removed from your report.

Hi Barry
Welcome to Mortgagefit discussion board.
If an account is to be added again to your report after it was removed because you had disputed it then credit bureau is required to inform you before adding it.
Additionally, the account can only be added again after the account holder verifies its accuracy & validity.
The credit bureau while informing you about the re-insertion has to provide you with the name, address & contact details of the account holder.
If you are not notified in writing within 5 business days then they would violate FCRA and you will have the right to sue them for that.
Do let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks
Blue
