when does the sol start for a credit card account
Hi Baltzersen,
The statute of limitations for a credit card which is an open ended account starts from the date of last activity on that account. You can go through your credit report to check the date of last activity on that account.

One thing you should be aware of is that if you make any kind of partial payment on the account then the sol time period will restart.
