my credit score is 430 own my own manufacture home with 69.000 any way to get home equit loan?

if you have equity in the property, then you would be able to get a home equity loan on your manufactured home. you haven't mentioned whether or not you've equity in the property. apart from equity, your credit score, income as well as debt to income ratio will be taken into account while you apply for a refinance.
