Are there any lenders out there for a 570 credit score? I have about 6,000.00 in bad debt that I will be paying off in the next two weeks. I will also have about 20 to 30 thousand for a down payment.

There are hardly any lenders who can offer you a loan for such a low credit score these days. It will be better if you could increase your score to at least 600-620 and then apply for FHA loans.

The fact is mortgage is just like to any forms in financing and If these is in order,then the rejection of application is very hard.
