Bad credit

Will it be a good idea for me and my husband, both with bad credit to work on our credit for 2 year, improve to some extent, and get an FHA loan, or should we make a 5 year plan and perfect our credit?
You will have to wait and watch as to how much your credit improves after a span of 2 years. If you find that you credit has improved drastically after 2 years, then you can consider applying for a loan. If that doesn't happen, then you may have to wait for 2-3 years more.

Hi Guest,

2 years is a long span of time, In such a situation, it will be difficult for anyone to judge what your financial situation will be or what your scores will be like. Thus, as Niicss has said, you will have to wait an watch and then decide on the course of action!
