Does anyone know of a lender that currently does FHA loans with a credit score less than 620? We are above 580 but not yet above 620 and we need to try to do something now.

There are lenders who provide loan with low credit score of 580 however, there are other criteria which the lenders check. I would suggest you to wait for sometime and improve your credit score so that you get better options like interest rate and down payment. If it is really needed now then do a market survey and check for good lenders.

There are several lenders that will lend under a 620 score. Do your research you will come up successful.
