630 credit score

HELLO!! I'm 22 years old, I have no credit card debt and I am thinking of purchasing a home! I have about $800 worth of negativity on my report and I also have student loans but I'm still in college. I am thinking of buying a townhome for about 210K!
A 630 credit score is good enough for qualifying purposes credit wise. Do you have the income and assets to support this? FHA loans will require a 2 year work history for qualifying. I hope this helps...

color me skeptical, due to the ongoing enrollment in college. you'd be wise to pay off your $800 as soon as you can, mccollu3. as james noted, you'll need job stability just to begin talking to a serious lender.

If you have somethign bad on yoru credit report suggest you to clear it first and get stable job for two years and then look to buy a house

Or it is impossible to get a loan
