Hello there… I sent a 623 letter to Experian and Equifax and asked for verification of an account. I received a letter back from Experian stating that they were done investigating it and I should call the OC. They did not provide me any information about the verification. What do I do in this case?
Hi Vian,
You should contact the credit bureau and ask them to give you the updates regarding their investigation. If they have received positive report from your creditor, then you will be liable for paying off the debts.
Thanks,
Jerry

Hi Vian!
Welcome to forums!
They should provide you with some information regarding their investigation once you have sent them the 623 letter. You should contact them, as Jerry has said, and ask them about the findings. Once you know about their findings, then you can consider dealing with the OC.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
