what is the next step?

I want to start off with my credit repair where I left off. I had previously had some success then a bunch of stuff happened in my life and I stopped trying to repair my credit. Now I want to start off with the process again. I was wondering though is there anything I should be aware of since I started, but never finished with some accounts? I faintly remember someone saying years ago to be careful if you already disputed an item, you can dispute it again? Is this correct? If I did do a dispute 4 years ago as "not mine" it came back verified and I didn't do anything else, what is the next step I should take?
Hi Montana,

As far as I know, you can dispute the account for a second time as well. You should contact the credit bureaus and get it disputed. If they can't validate the debt this time, then it will be easier for you to remove the item from your credit report.

Take care.

Hi Montana,

As Sara has suggested, it will be better if you could contact your credit bureaus and dispute the account once again. Moreover, if the SOL period for those debts is over, then the creditors won't be able to take any legal actions against you.

Thanks
