Can you get someone to co-sign with you?

it is so much more beneficial to know what we are dealing with.

what does "poor" credit mean? is your score below 500? is it below 550?
is it below 600? is it below 620?

too much question and too little detail to answer properly.

I agree, we need a lot more info before we can help answer your question.

Hi ballistik!

Welcome to forums!

You haven't mentioned what your credit score is. To get a FHA loan, you'll require a minimum credit score of 620 whereas to get conventional loans, you'll require a credit score of 700-720. I appreciate that you've been trying to improve your credit. However, if your credit score is below 620, it would be difficult for you to get a loan. I would suggest you to improve your credit score and then look out for loans.

Feel free to ask if you have further queries.

Hi,
You have poor credit then not an issue, you can get loan on that,
but loan amount might be less because its depends upon your credit.
You can concern to any expert person to know how much bank will offer loan on your credit.

If you not get any loan on your credit then you can show credit of your any relative or who has trust you.

I hope you get idea.

Dilip

i don't like anyone to think i'm rude, but some of the responses to legitimate questions are out of order here.

i don't know who might "get" that idea above. convoluted, irrational and poorly thought-out responses do our inquisitive posters no good whatsoever.

i'm concerned that those who are questioning and receiving some of these ridiculous answers are actually acting upon the "advice" given. God forbid!

oh wait!!! maybe it was an "april fool"

It is a bit hard to get a loan with no credit.

Find a small loan first and do the repayments properly so that you gain credibility.

George, there is actually someone here posting just to claim the pennies you receive for making each post. The guy sent me a message asking how he will get paid.
Posted on: 01st Apr, 2009 05:48 pm
no way! i can't believe it! are you sure? was this message sent to you yesterday? don't forget that yesterday was april fool's day!

just take a look at all the follow-up posts after someone has made a specific statement to answer a question. all too often, it's "oh yes, i agree with _______" (fill in the blank). it's so painfully obvious that the person is trying to accumulate a few pennies with each post.

of course, your post and mine back to you are probably so inconsequential as to lead others to think we're doing it too! c'est la guerre.

George, a couple of months ago the guy sent me a personal message and asked me if Mortgage Fit would pay by check. He would attempt to offer solutions to people but it was painfully obvious that he was just pulling the answers from where the sun doesn't shine. He posted for a few weeks but I have not seen him in a while. Maybe he realized that this was not a part time job.
