hello, i have already filed a chapter 7 bankruptcy and i wanted to keep one of my credit cards and not file bankruptcy on it.
but my attorney advised me against so i should turn in that
credit card also. but i have already used this card extensively right after filing bankruptcy.
so my question will i be trouble for using the card right after filing bankruptcy?

Welcome to the forums,
I don't think you will be in any kind of trouble but the real question is...
...why do you want to keep it?
The fact of the matter is that once they discover that you have filed for bankruptcy, even if you are reaffirming the debt, more than likely they are going to jack your rate up to around 30% and probably also increase your min. payment as well. You really don't want to go through the process of filing for bankruptcy only to find yourself in another bad financial situation after filing.
I would have to say that I agree with your attorney on this one. Credit cards are for the most part evil.

No, not if it wasn't included in the bankruptcy. I'm surprised to see they're keeping it open. They usually want the debtor to pay it off completely, before allowing them to use it again.
