HI i have 20k in cc debt and i just lost my job im not sure what to do. Please Help.
Hi John, As far as the 20k debt. Are you behind? Have you stopped paying? We can try to consolidate these debts into one payment. Or if your are behind we can look into Debt Settlement in which some cc will settle for up to around 50% sometimes if it can be paid in full.
If it is one card, call the credit carc compnay and see if they can work out some payment plan or help you delay the payment.
No borrower woudl like to loose entire money. Raher they woudl settle for less.

Hi Jonathon!
Welcome to forums!
I agree with Gary. If you are delinquent in your credit card payments, you can apply for a debt settlement. You can contact any debt settlement company and they will help you with their debt settlement plan. This will help you in reducing your credit card payments by 40%-60%.
Feel free to ask if you have further queries.

geni, where did you copy all of that text so you could put it into your post? did it occur to you to be original in your thinking at all? what you've "written" isn't necessarily relevant to the question posed.
nowhere did jonathan say he is delinquent in his payments. boy are we missing the boat here.
the only agreement i can find is that he ought to contact his creditor(s) and explain the situation, try to negotiate any reduced payments if possible, etc. of course, as soon as income resumes from a new job (we need to be hopeful), jonathan can go back to making regularly scheduled larger payments.

Is the authorized users reponsibile for credit card debt if the primary card holder dies?
no, tinker. all the authorized user's responsibility is would be restricted to not losing the card. it is for use only and no repayment responsibility is there.
