I have a modular which is valued at $95,000. I owe NOTHING on it. I need a loan for $40,000 to pay off the credit cards I put in in with...I have decent credit, just too much debt.I am on ssd with a regular check...So is there anyone out there who can help me?
yes that can be done. cash out refinance on a modular home is something that is common.
