You can directly contact a debt settlement company to help you pay off the outstanding debts. However, before signing up for debt settlement, you should check whether they have IAPDA certification. Under debt settlement, you need to pay back 40 to 50% of the outstanding debt amount which includes both agency fees as well as interest, and you get a period of 2 to 3 years to pay off the debt.
