I had disputed some of the negative items on my credit and that helped me to delete quite a number of such negative items. That was what the email said which I received from the CRAs. I want to know how soon they actually show as deleted on my credit report and how soon it will affect my credit score.
Hi Jenna,
I really appreciate the fact that you took initiative and tried deleting negative items from your credit report. It will take at least 3-4 months time in order to find any positive affect of the removal of negative items on your credit report.
Thanks,
Jerry

If rhe CRAs agreed the report was in error, they will correct it immediately.
If you are asking how soon will they correspond with you because you wrote to them, they are required to investigate and they may or may not agree with your dispute. In that case the corrections will be made any time between 30 days and never.
If they already agreed there were errors to be fixed, they fix them immediately.

If you find negative items in your credit report, you can dispute those items. Credit bureaus can take 30 days to investigate. Communication should be made to you within 30 days. However, it may take another 2 to 3 months to get those reflected in your credit score.
