I have some accounts on EXP that don't report as IIB. They have the wrong DOFD, past due balances and listed as a chargeoffs. Do I need to first just dispute that these accounts are IIB and they will automatically fix all of this, or do I need to tell them each specific item on the TL that is wrong?
You should dispute them with the credit bureau and try to sort out the matter. You must be having the bankruptcy papers. If required, you can fax the copy of those documents to Experian and check out if the issue can be resolved.
Hi Venom,
Niicss is right. You will have contact the credit bureaus and try to dispute the issue with them. I hope other credit bureaus are reporting the accounts correctly.
Thanks
