i have excellent credit score but my closing cost was 10.000$ i would like to know why. also i did not put any money down

Closing costs do not have much to do with credit scores.
Credit could have an impact on total costs if credit was poor and one had to pay points on top of all the regular closing costs.
Whne you say COSTS are $10,000, do you mean COSTS and PREPAIDS or just COSTS?
