I have a good credit score in the range of 700s. But my DTI is jacked because I own three rental properties but I don't report the income. I have one property that I own free and clear and I need to pull some cash out of it. What bank or CU should I go to look out for a loan?
Hi Jem,
If your debt to income ratio is higher, then you won't be able to get a loan. You will have to lower the ratio by either paying off your debts or increasing your income. Once this is under control, you will be able to get a loan.
Thanks,
Jerry

Hello jem,
Good to hear that you have a good credit score. Some idea, when you're blacklisted, it's only one good way to get the financing today. It will take a whole a lot of time and effort in the person's part that because the best option is to get your good credit back.
Things like that is better said than done but it's the best way people can convince banks and lending institutions that they're dedicated and serious when it comes to payments.
