High and low balances

Posted on: 17th Sep, 2012 04:22 am
Are the trade lines still suppose to show the high and low balances after I had filed for bankruptcy and got a discharge. The balance itself says 0 but underneath it, the low high and low balance is mentioned. I'm wondering if that is affecting my score. Also all my BK accounts show status "unrated" but then it shows in remarks included in BK. Do I need to be concerned with that?
As far as I know, if the balance shows as "0" and if the account status states that it was included and discharged in bankruptcy, then you don't have to worry about anything else.

Hi Nancy!

Welcome to forums!

The tradelines will remain mentioned in your credit report for 7 years like any other negative item, though it has been included in bankruptcy.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
