I have a 602 credit score and have been working at my job for almost 2 years. I make $30,000 a year and my husband works as well. With how the economy has changed will I still be able to get a loan?
Hi Magnetra,
With a credit score of 602, you may be able to get a FHA loan. I will suggest you to contact the local FHA lenders and check out whether or not you will be able to get a loan.
Thanks

Hi Magnetra!
Welcome to forums!
With a credit score of 602, you won't be able to qualify for a conventional loan. In order to get a conventional loan, you need to have a score of around 700-720. So, you will have to improve your credit score and then look out for conventional loans.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
