HOW can i get a decent loan with bad credit i got money just not the credit i just need a 52000 dollar loan and i can have everything i need.. what is the best way to go about this?

You haven't mentioned what your credit score is like. With a bad credit score, it is difficult to get a mortgage. The lender will judge your creditworthiness with the help of this score. Also, in most cases, the lenders will not be ready to give you a loan of such a small amount like $52,000. You may contact lenders who would offer you with personal property loans and check out if they can help you in this regard.

The lenders I deal with that underwrite down to a 580 Credit Score will require a $75,000 Minimum Loan Amount unfortunately. Depending on your credit score and what your able to qualify for, you may still have hope. I hope this helps...
