Would I qaulify for a mortgage if all my installment credit is good and all my revolving is poor...I lost my job, I was making a $2400.00 per month house payment plus $540.00 per month second. I have sold the house and now back to work but I had to let the credit cards go to pay my other debts, car payments etc.
Hi Guest!
Welcome to forums!
You credit record will reflect both your installment credit and your revolving credit. If your revolving credit is poor, it can be considered as a negative mark on your credit report. It may lower your chances of getting a loan.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

ON yoru credit report it isimportant to have different types on credit (Car, credit card, Mortgage), but at the same time all of them need to be in good standing
Does not matter which type, if you mess up one , the rest will follow
Good luck and feel free to ask
