Is there a limit to how many items I can dispute on my credit report?
Hi,
As far as I'm aware of, there's no such limit to the number of items you can dispute on your credit report. If you think certain items should not appear on your credit report, you have the right to dispute them. You cannot just afford to let the derogatory items be on your credit, even though you know they're wrong and should not be there on the report.

You should be aware that disputed items are noted on your credit report as disputed items and that recently you can not get a Fannie Mae of Freddie Mac mortgage via automated underwriting when there are any disputed items on your credit report that have not yet been resolved.

Technically, there is no limit. But keep in mind that if you try and dispute 7, 10, or more items on your credit report at one time, you may not be taken seriously and the credit bureaus may respond telling you that your request is “frivolous and irrelevant.â€
I recommend disputing no more than five or six items at a time.
