HOUSE APPRASIED FOR 187000 AND I OWE 169000 ON PROPERTY APPRASIAL IS TWO MONTHS OLD SO SHOULD BE PRETTY ACCURATE. IF APPROVED WHAT KIND OF INT. RATE COULD I EXPECT
We would need more info such as your credit score. Also, if you could pay down your loan to $168,000 then you would be just under the 90% loan to value ratio. Your rate may be a bit lower than if your loan amount was $169,000.
